As a Technical Support Analyst - End User Services , you will provide front line primary technical Support to end users on various technical issues and problems relateing to hardware software and periphererals.

Our European Service Centre office based in Swords Dublin employs approximately 900 people with over 29 different nationalities and we're currently looking for a Technical Support Analyst.
We will offer successful candidates who are overseas a relocation package.
What you'll do
Respond to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA
Resolve or call out the appropriate vendor for timely resolution
Provide local project management resource to local Technology team
Provide first and second level support to all departments for hardware/ software and application related issues
Assist in the assessment of new Help Desk operational standards and procedures
Investigate and resolve customer issues via first line customer contact in a timely and efficient manner within a multinational client base of non technical users in a call centre environment
Open and update document incident information within the ticket logging System
Provide proper problem escalation and follow up to provide excellent Customer Service and ensure Customer satisfaction
Provide second level desk-top and remote support to extensive customer base in Hesc and Europe.
Ability to perform in a challenging and demanding environment
Provide problem analysis and resolve client issues with the aid of available helpdesk tools (e.g. SCCM and Knowledge base articles)
Effective liaison with third party vendors and resources
Keeping abreast of technological advances within own area of expertise
Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, support policies, procedures and standards

What you'll need
2 - 5 years hands on experience working in an end user desktop support role
Fluency in English
Microsoft Office 2010 - 2016, Lotus Notes
Windows 7 & 10
Cloud based operation systems and Environment. ( VMWare an advantage)
Remote Desktop Support
Advanced printer/peripheral device
TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP
Laptop, Smartphones & Tablets
