The Hertz Corporation CRM Solutions Manager in Estero, Florida
The CRM Solutions Manager will be responsible for leading a team of marketing automation engineers in leveraging various marketing technology platforms to build new operational components for automated marketing initiatives. This resource will be well versed in data integration and manipulation, email and web development best practices, and cross-team project management. This role serves as the liaison between marketing stakeholders and IT teams to ensure projects are delivered to the business teams that meet the needs of the business with a scalable architecture that also meets platform performance standards.
A successful candidate will be able to:
Take ownership of business outcomes, drive marketing performance and deliver compelling customer/prospect experiences.
Attain quarterly and annual revenue goals that you will define collaboratively with CRM Directors.
Understand business goals and challenges and map those back into Salesforce product portfolio
Design innovative solutions to address these challenges and lead a team to build those solutions using available marketing technology platforms to deliver working solutions quickly.
Collaborate with other teams in the organization to drive efficiency in all marketing channels including email, SMS, push notifications, social channels, paid media, and ecommerce channels.
Define and document the functional and technical requirements for executing (developing, deploying, managing, tracking and measuring) the automated campaigns and outline expected business outcomes.
Partner with 3rd party contractors and vendors to lead marketing efforts that have been outsourced.
Lead a team of marketing automation engineers through the software development lifecycle to deliver a solution that drives revenue, improves productivity, or results in cost savings. This team should understand the impact their work has on profit and loss.
Delegate tasks and set deadlines and oversee day-to-day operation.
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience in Computer Science / Information Technology / Web Design / Marketing required.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification (SFMC Certified Consultant and/or SFDC Certified Administrator a plus)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
4-6 years of experience in Email or Web Design and development
Advanced HTML, CSS, and Scripting skills. (AMPScript and Outlook/IE specific knowledge are a plus)
Intermediate to advanced SQL and Web service/API knowledge
4-6 years of database/direct marketing experience
Skilled in both thinking creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Understanding of data warehouses and Big Data technologies
Understanding of API integration with CRM platforms and web properties
Detail oriented and focused on data accuracy
Ability to facilitate efficient and effective decision making
Ability to pass a technical screening is required
