General Responsibilities

Director Fleet Management Products

We are looking for a high-impact product leader to lead the team building product experiences of our portfolio of fleet applications while growing the business globally. As a Director of Fleet Management Products, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution products within the global fleet organization, focused on creating the best experiences which are fully localized for our global audience.

About the Job:

  • Own the product strategy for fleet planning and operations

  • Build and maintain a roadmap of high-impact, customer-centric projects, all aimed at growing the business globally.

  • Communicate plans and progress to executives and senior management.

  • Create solutions to solve localization problems across the globe.

  • Prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with both our vendors and internal product development team to ship high-quality experiences to users.

  • Integrate user research, market analysis and customer feedback into product requirements to ensure products satisfy business needs and wants.

  • Inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behaviour and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, usability studies).

  • Build relationships and manage stakeholders within the Global organization and product development teams across Hertz.

  • Define methods and metrics for identifying success and failure while ensuring the team is clear on their objectives.

  • Manage a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts globally.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience

  • 7+ years of product management / product ownership experience, with an emphasis on growth

  • Experience working with markets outside the US; Canada, Europe, and Asia Pacific

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills

  • Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices

  • Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products

  • Proven ability to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple projects

  • Have a successful track record of leading execution of large-scale projects that represent broad strategic initiatives meeting quantifiable business objectives and resulting in tangible impact for the organization.

  • Strong at identifying problems, solving complex problems with simple solutions.

  • Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and interaction skills, including ability to effectively communicate technical and non-technical issues and concepts to multiple organization levels and executive management.

  • Strong knowledge of Infor products an advantage

  • Strong knowledge of Pros products an advantage
