The Hertz Corporation Project Coordinator in Estero, Florida
Assist with repeatable service requests e.g.) adding a network drop, IT asset recovery/disposal, etc.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Act as a project resource person by performing research, analyzing information, providing documentation, and preparing reports
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Create procedural and technical documentation including workflows and standard operating procedures/run books
Data analysis and reporting
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent customer service
Ability to take responsibility and function under minimal supervision
Possess a wide degree of creativity and latitude
Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about continuous improvement
