The Hertz Corporation Temporary Technical Business Analyst- Identity Access Management in Estero, Florida
Possesses solid knowledge of business analysis and translations of Identity and Access Management requirements and processes.
Work closely with client stakeholders to gather information needed for business application integration.
Gathers requirements and create system level requirements documents and works with technical team to create system test cases and perform system testing.
Ability to create IAM solutions to manage access; document processes and requirements based upon IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Role Based Access (RBAC) framework by using detailed understanding of RBAC/ITIL best practices. Collaborating cross-functionally to make effective business decisions; solving complex problems; escalating high priority issues or risks, as appropriate; and recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
Knowledge of the SDLC using agile methodology.
Ability to produce UML diagrams, use cases, test cases preferably have used HPQC or ALM. Any continuous integration, continuous deployment and continuous testing experience is a plus. Experience with documentations of requirements traceability matrix, functional specifications, technical specifications, release and training plans.
Translates business and functional requirements into technical specifications that support integrated and sustainable designs for designated applications and infrastructure systems by partnering with IT Compliance, SOX, PCI, PII and personal employee information.
Bachelors or equivalent experience
ITIL, Scrum/Agile, TOGAF
5-7 years of technology consulting as Business Analysis and testing experience.
2+ years in technical or functional project lead role.
Solid working knowledge of Cloud and SaaS, IaaS, and DaaS solutions architecture
Deep understanding of data migration and systems integration best practices.
Cloud compute and storage solutions such as Azure, AWS, and BlueMix
Active Directory design and integration for multi-forest environments
Application programming/scripting languages (C, Java, Perl, Shell)
Knowledge of Oracle EBS, Salesforce, RACF, O365 service-oriented integration
Knowledge of IT Security and best practice industry standards
Knowledge of Responsibility Model of Cloud IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS
Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture is a plus
IaaS, PaaS, DaaS, SaaS, iDaaS(Identity-Management-as-a-Service), IGA (Identity Governance and Administration), Okta, Saviynt
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under minimal supervision
