The Hertz Corporation Payment Business Analyst in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
You will work within a team of technical developers and provide leadership in representing stakeholders during the requirement gathering and development phase. Support existing and new product development and supports the development of long-term growth plans. Provide product leadership and strategic direction. Has proven and measurable industry experience in the credit card and virtual payment verticals. Financial transactional knowledge of both traditional and virtual payment processing which includes the relationships and regulatory guidelines over consumers, merchants and processors. Experience and working knowledge of dispute processing and issuer responsibilities. Understanding global differences amongst virtual cards particularly in the travel industry. Using this combined experience of customer demands and merchant handling to steer the hertz corporation through new avenues of financial expansion.
Works with IT Payment Delivery Manager to analyze product and generate high level requirements
Prepares and validates clear and rigorous requirements and use cases (depending on the delivery methodology)
Collects, validates, grooms, classifies enhancement ideas submitted by clients and staff against established criteria
Maintains backlog hygiene and relevance
Works with product owners to conduct release planning and scoping
Assists product owners in research of new features and enhancement ideas
Support product operations in creation of release notes and client facing documentation
Prioritizes development projects against available capacity using systematic prioritization criteria set with Product Owners and Product ManagementAbility to elicit functional requirements from stakeholders to create functional specs
Deliver project requirements and uses case by Sprint, Release, and Program Increment deadlines.
Create test scripts, execute and track defects until resolved
Manages communication between development team, IT Payments Delivery Manager and stakeholders to ensure requirements are delivered as expected
Adheres to Hertz PMO documentations requirements

4 to 7 years’ experience:
working across functions, strong financial, technology and operational background required
builds requirement documents
in financial industry, banking, credit card handling, payment processing, fraud prevention
Experience in implementing new virtual forms of payment (traditional and virtual) on many platforms– mobile, .com – contact and contactless
managing and coordinating across technical teams internal and external
strong strategic and analytical capabilities
Strong verbal and written communications skills – result driven
Supporting projects in various methodologies including: waterfall and agile (scrum)
Using MS Office, Project, Visio, Outlook
